ORDER

[Order of the Court was made by G.K.ILANTHIRAIYAN, J.,] (1)The present miscellaneous petition is filed by the petitioner seeking relaxation of the condition imposed on him by this Court vide order dated 24.06.2025 in Crl.MP.(MD).No.6693/2024.

(2)Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent. (3)This Court, vide the aforesaid order dated 24.06.2025, in Crl.MP. (MD).No.6693/2024, suspended the sentence of the petitioner, a life convict, on condition that the petitioner should stay at Dharmapuri and report before the Inspector of Police, Dharmapuri Town Police Station, Dharmapuri, daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. (4)It is reported by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor that the petitioner is complying with the said condition till date.

(5)Hence, the petition is ordered and the aforesaid condition is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to report before the Trial Court, once in a month, on the first working day at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the appeal.
