Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records pertaining to the impugned order in G.O.Ms.No.93, dated 25.03.2015 on the file of the 1st respondent and to quash the same as illegal and consequently directing the respondents not to interfere with the Aavin Shop conducted by the petitioner within the 6th respondent premises.

Heard the learned counsel on either side.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner seeks time to get instructions. The learned Special Government Pleader on instructions from the official concerned informs the Court that the petitioner was evicted way back in the year 2015 itself. Hence, nothing survives for further adjudication in this writ petition.
