Respondents Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to conduct enquiry and take necessary action against the misappropriation to the tune of Rs.25 lakhs committed by the 6th and 7th respondents herein as pointed out by the 4th respondent audit report as audit objections for the years 2000 to 2017 based on the petitioner's representation dated 15.07.2023 within stipulated time fixed by this Court. ORDER

This writ petition is filed for issuance of a writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 to 3 herein to conduct enquiry and take necessary action against the misappropriation allegation.

2. The petitioner has submitted that the representation, dated 2/5

15.07.2023, alleging misappropriation by the respondents 6 and 7. The fourth respondent's audit report also states certain discrepancies in the accounts for the years 2000 to 2017. Therefore, the second respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's objection and representation, dated 15.07.2023 and pass orders within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

3. With the above said direction, the Writ Petition is disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
