ORDER

The petitioner herein seeks a direction to the respondents to conduct the survey of the property situated in Survey No.263, Patta No. 1625, in Vellalapatti Village, Vaiyampatti Panchayat Union, Manapparai Taluk, Trichy District, by considering his application dated 06.06.2025. 2.Heard the arguments of M/s.P.Kalaiyarasi Bharathi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.Baskaran, learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents. By consent of both sides, this Writ Petition is taken up for final disposal at the admission stage itself.

3.According to the petitioner, he purchased 3 Acres and 75 cents of land in the above mentioned survey number under a sale deed dated 10.11.2016. The patta for the subject property was issued in the names of the petitioner and 18 others in patta No.1625. The petitioner submitted

an application on 06.06.2025 seeking survey of the subject property and the same has not been considered. Hence, the petitioner has before this Court.

4.The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing for the respondents would submit the application of the petitioner will be considered in accordance with law.

5. In view of the same, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the matter, the respondents are directed to consider the application of the petitioner dated 06.06.2025 and pass final orders on its own merits, within a period of sixteen weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, after issuing notice to the petitioner, co-pattadars in Patta No.1625, neighbouring land owners and other interested parties.
