PRAYER: Writ Petitions filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Mandamus directing the respondents herein to forthwith settle the entire pensionary benefits to the petitioner 1/4

and also to order for payment of monthly family pension to the petitioner on the basis of the order passed by this Court in WP(MD)No.1796 of 2009, dated 12.06.2009 and in accordance with law within the time stipulated by this Court.

ORDER

The petitioner's grievance is that the pensionary benefits and monthly family pension have not been provided to the petitioner based on the order of this court dated 12.06.2009 passed in WP(MD)No.1796 of 2009.

2.When this writ petition has been taken up for hearing, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the respondents submits that the representation of the petitioner has been considered and rejected by order dated 22.02.2026. A copy of the order is also furnished to the learned counsel for the petitioner.

3.Recording the above submission, this writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to work out his remedy in the manner known to law. No costs.
