When the Writ Petition was taken up for hearing, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner circulated a letter, dated 19.06.2019, stating that the petitioner has received the bundle on 20.10.2015, through Registered Post. Therefore, the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioner stated that he is withdrawing the vakalat, which was filed on behalf of the petitioner.
