This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the learned II Additional District Court (PCR Act) Cases, Tirunelveli to consider the bail application of the petitioners concerned in Crime No. 406 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police,Puliangudi Police Station, Tenkasi District/the second Respondent herein and pass orders in accordance with law on the same day of their surrender if any petition filed by the Petitioners.
2. It is the submission of the learned Counsel for the Petitioners that there had been dispute between two families, for which case has also been registered.
3. The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side)would submit that A2 is having six previous cases relating to other IPC offences and A3 is having seven previous cases relating to other IPC offences. He would also submit that the victim sustained only simple injuries. 2/4
4. Considering the submissions made by the learned Counsel for the Petitioners, this Criminal Original Petition is allowed. The Petitioners are directed to surrender before the learned II Additional District Court (PCR Act) Cases, Tirunelveli within a period of 15 days from the date of receipt of copy of this order or 15 days from the date of uploading the order copy in the website of this Court .
