This writ petition is filed challenging the impugned orders directing the President to recover the salary paid to the Panchayat Secretary, namely K.Maguthangani.
2.The said K.Maguthangani has already filed a writ petition challenging his dismissal from service from the Panchayat Secretary 2/5
post. The said writ petition was allowed directing the respondents to reinstate the said K.Maguthangani. Therefore, consequently, the President of the Panchayat cannot recover the salary paid to the said K.Maguthangani.
3.Therefore, the impugned orders necessarily has to be quashed. Hence, the impugned orders are quashed.
4.With the above said observation, writ petition is allowed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. Index : Yes / No 23.06.2023 Internet : Yes NCC : Yes / No Tmg 3/5
