ORDER
Heard both sides.
2.The second respondent passed order dated 19.12.2014 invalidating the sale deed executed in favour of the writ petitioner. The order was passed by invoking Circular No.67 dated 03.11.2021. Subsequently, the said circular has been withdrawn. Orders passed thereunder were ordered to be recalled. In these circumstances, nothing 2/4
survives for further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
