Mr.S.Muthalraj, learned counsel on behalf of writ petitioner, after some arguments sought permission of this Court to withdraw instant writ petition, but made a plea that the rights of writ petitioner to present a document pertaining to Re-Survey No.13/1 situated at Thoothukudi Registration District, Ottapidaram Sub Registry, Ottapidaram Taluka, Panchalankurichi, online may please be preserved.

2. Though obvious, if so presented, it will be dealt with on its own merits and in accordance with law.

3. Permitted to withdraw.

4. Learned counsel has made an endorsement in the case file. Endorsement is reiterated.
