Prayer: Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, seeking for the issuance of Writ of Mandamus directing the fourth respondent herein to sponsor petitioner's name (Registration number TCD1999M00006686) to the 3rd respondent panchayat for the vacant post of secretary in the light of the petitioner's representation dated 03.03.2014 within a stipulated period as may be fixed by this Court.
