By consent, the writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal at the stage of admission.

2.The petitioner is a Class - I contractor. He submitted his bid for a contract invited by the respondents under the Integrated Urban Development Mission (IUDM). His bid was rejected during technical evaluation. Against which, he preferred an appeal before the appellate authority on 28.08.2019 and the same is still pending on the file of the first respondent. Hence, the petitioner is before this Court for early disposal of the appeal.

W.P(MD)No.20791 of 2019 3.Considering the facts and circumstances, a direction is issued to the first respondent to dispose of the appeal preferred by the petitioner on 28.08.2019, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
