ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking orders to direct the second respondent to give police protection to the life and limb of the petitioner and her family members from the third and fourth respondent, based on the petitioner's representation dated 05.08.2024. 2.It is not in dispute that the third and fourth respondents are parents-in-law of the petitioner.

3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the first and second respondent would submit that on the basis of the complaint given by the petitioner, CSR.No.219 of 2024 came to be registered and the same is pending for enquiry. 2/4

4.Considering the above, the second respondent is directed to issue written summons to the petitioner as well as the private respondents, conduct enquiry and pass orders, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

5.With the above directions, this criminal original petition stands disposed of.
