Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Additional Government Pleader for first respondent and the learned counsel for the second respondent.

2.The impugned order has not affected the rights of the petitioner at all. I fail to understand as to how the petitioner described himself as an aggrieved individual. As rightly pointed out by the learned Additional Government Pleader, the period is already over and nothing survives for 2/4

further adjudication in this writ petition. Hence, this writ petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
