O RDER This petition is filed under Section 482 of Cr.P.C. seeking for a direction to the respondent Police to complete the investigation and file a final report in Crime No.24 of 2021, which was registered on 09.01.2021 for the offences under Sections 447, 294(b), 352 and 506 (i) of I.P.C.

2. Learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submits that the investigation in this case has already been completed and RCS notice was already served on the petitioner on 11.08.2023 and reported that the respondent Police would file the final report before the concerned Magistrate Court shortly.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has not received any notice in respect of the closure of Crime No.24 of 2021, however, learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) has submitted that the postal acknowledgement would show that the petitioner has received the RCS Notice.

4. In view of the above, since investigation has already been completed and final report is about to be submitted, no directions can be given in this case. However, in case, if the petitioner is aggrieved by the closure report in Crime No.24 of 2021, the petitioner is at liberty to approach the appropriate Court for a suitable directions.

5. In view of the above, this criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
