ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to issue direction to transfer the enquiry to some other agency to conduct further enquiry on the complaint made by the petitioner dated 28.07.2023 in C.S.R No. 408/2023 on the file of the 3rd respondent within time stipulated by this Court. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and he was directed to work out his remedy before the appropriate Civil Court. Based on the direction the said complaint was closed on 28.07.2023.

3.In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition stands dismissed. The respondent Police is directed to serve the closure report to the petitioner. If the petitioner is aggrieved over the same, he is at liberty to work out his remedy, in the manner known to law.
