No.986 of 2019 Whereas upon Motion this day made unto this Court by Mr. M.S.JEYAKARTHIK, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr. K.DINESH BABU, Additional Public Prosecutor on behalf of the respondents and the Advocate for the petitioner praying to issue a Writ of Habeas Corpus Calling for the entire records, connected with the detention order of the respondent No.2 in Detention order No.53/2019 dated 28.08.2019 and quash the same and direct the respondents to produce the body or person of the detenu namely Balamurugan, S/O.Maruthu Pandi, 21 YEARS now confined at Madurai Central Prison before his Hon'ble Court and set him at liberty forthwith.
