3. In view of the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of directing the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kadaladi, to dispose of C.C.No.207 of 2022 as expeditiously as possible.
