PRAYER :- To pass an order directing the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with CC No.197/2016 on the file of the Learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Ramanathapuram District forthwith.

ORDER : The Court made the following order :- On the earlier occasion dated 04.08.203, this Court called for the report from the concerned Court with regard to the stage of the trial process. Report is received from the concerned Court, wherein it is stated that so far 8 witnesses have been examined and now, the case is posted for examination of Investigating Officer. The trial will be completed within a short time.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent police submitted that 18 previous cases are pending against the petitioner. (*) "3.Considering the facts and circumstances of this case and also considering the bad antecedents of the petitioner, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Further, there shall be direction to the concerned trial Court to complete the above said trial process within three months from the date of receipt of copy of this order. With the above said direction, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed."
