This petition has been filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in crime No.74 of 2018 on the file of the respondent No.3 and handover the same to the respondent No.2. 2.The learned Government Advocate (criminal side) submitted that after due investigation, the crime No. 74 of 2018 pending on the file of the 3rd respondent has been closed 'Action Dropped' and hence the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
