ORDER

The present Writ Petition has been filed seeking a Writ of Mandamus, directing the first and second respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 17.07.2015 and issue suitable direction to the third respondent herein.

2. According to the learned Counsel for the petitioner, he is a stamp vendor, who is assigned a particular locality in which the third respondent office is located. However, the third respondent is in the habit of rejecting all the documents which are engrossed in the stamp paper sold by the writ petitioner and the third respondent was also in the habit of entertaining the documents, which are engrossed in the stamp papers sold by the stamp vendors, who are residing outside the jurisdiction. Hence, he has made a complaint to the second respondent herein. The 2/4

second respondent by his proceedings, dated 25.06.2014, has also issued a direction to the third respondent herein that he should record the reasons for accepting the stamp papers, which are sold by the stamp vendors, who are residing outside the jurisdiction of the third respondent herein.

3. This writ petition has been filed in the year 2015. The said SubRegistrar on whom allegations have been made is not working in the said station and as of now, the petitioner is not having any grievance over the present Sub-Registrar. In view of the above said facts, no further orders are called for. The writ petition stands closed. There shall be no order as to costs.
