ORDER : The Court made the following order :- When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) would submit that only current paper enquiry is pending in CSR.No.262 of 2021 against the petitioners and they did not appear before the Enquiry Officer.

2.But, however, the learned counsel for the petitioners would submit that the defacto complainant has given a representation to the respondent not to register First Information Report, based upon the complaint given by him.

3.Whatever it may be, there is no clear records on this aspect. Since petition enquiry is pending and no crime has been registered https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

CRL OP(MD) No.17703 of 2021 against these petitioners, the question of anticipatory bail may not arise. It is a matrimonial dispute. During the course of enquiry, if any trouble arise, they workout their remedy through appropriate proceedings.
