[Order of the Court was made by R.MAHADEVAN, J.] The prayer in this writ petition is for issuance of a writ of mandamus directing the respondents 1 to 3 to post Plant Quarantine officials in the Plant Quarantine Station in Madurai International Airport, within a time frame fixed by this Court.

2. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel on either side submitted that Plant Quarantine officials have been posted in the Plant Quarantine Station in Madurai International Airport and therefore, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in this writ petition.

3. Recording the above submission, the writ petition is closed with liberty to the petitioner to approach the Authority concerned with fresh representation indicating the deficiencies, if any. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
