ORDER

The present writ petition is filed to forbear the first respondent from registering any document in respect of Survey Nos. 406/5, 409/3, 412/5 and 412/7 Kanadukathan, Karaikudi Taluk, Sivagangai District, till the disposal of the pending Revision Petition in File No. Na.Ka.B1/16338/2024 on the file of the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submitted that there is a dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and the same is pending in File No. Na.Ka.B1/16338/2024 on the file of the District Revenue Officer, Sivagangai.

3.In view of the above, this Court is of the considered opinion that the proper remedy for the petitioner is to approach the appropriate Civil Court to obtain an injunction order. However, the first respondent is directed to consider the petitioner's protest application dated 19.07.2025 and pass appropriate orders in accordance to law within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, the connected writ miscellaneous petition is closed.
