ORDER

This writ petition is filed only for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the respondents to consider the petitioner's representation, dated 13.07.2015.

2.In the representation, dated 13.07.2015, to the District Collector, the petitioner has stated that certain assignments of plots were made in favour of 31 persons under Adi Drawidar welfare scheme free of cost for putting up construction for the residence of beneficiaries. Though the assignments / free house site pattas were subject to certain conditions, the petitioner has stated that several persons who got free house site patta leased out the property for commercial purposes. It is also stated that one of the beneficiary has given his land for the purpose of erection of cell phone tower for Reliance Communications. It is in the said circumstances, the request of petitioner was to take action for the cancellation of such assignments for violation of conditions. 3.Though the writ petition was filed in the year 2015 and pending, no counter affidavit has been filed by the respondents. The petitioner has not impleaded the individuals or the beneficiary against whom the petitioner requested cancellation of assignment. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

W.P.(MD).No.13220 of 2015 Today there is no representation for the petitioner. Having regard to the nature of grievance expressed by the petitioner, this Court is inclined to issue direction to the respondents to consider the representation of the petitioner and pass orders on merits after hearing the petitioner and other interested persons within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 4.With the above directions, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
