ORDER

This Civil Revision Petition is filed seeking a direction to the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Kodaikanal, to expedite the trial pending in O.S.No.66 of 2014, and dispose of the same within a time frame.

2. Heard Mr.M.Chandrasekaran, learned Counsel for the petitioner and Mr.B.Saravanan, learned Additional Government Pleader, who takes notice on behalf of the fifth respondent. Since no adverse orders are going to be passed against the respondents 1 to 4, notice to them is dispensed with.

3. The petitioner's case is that the cause of action for filing the suit in O.S.No.66 of 2014 no longer survives and that the relief sought in the suit has become infructuous. Hence, he seeks expeditious disposal of the suit. 2/4

4.Considering the limited request of the petitioner, this Court directs the trial Court to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.66 of 2014, within a period of 6 months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. 5.With the above direction, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of. No costs.
