O R D E R

The petitioner is the defacto complainant in Crime No.663 of 2019 registered on the file of the respondent for the offences under Sections 406 and 420 of IPC.

2.Though the case was registered as early as on 21.07.2019, till date final report has not been filed. The delay on the part of the respondent cannot be appreciated.

3.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) on instructions, submitted that within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, the final report will be filed before the jurisdictional Magistrate. On such filing, the jurisdictional Court will take a call in the matter on merits and in accordance with law within a period of four weeks thereafter.
