This Writ Petition is filed seeking to consider the petitioner's representation dated 23.01.2015 and forbear the respondents from putting up any construction in the patta land of the petitioner at Sunderaswarapuram Village, Vilathikulam Taluk, Taluk, Tuticorin District.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that the prayer sought for in the Writ Petition has become infructuous. He has also made an endorsement to that effect.
