Prayer : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Mandamus, to direct the respondents 1 & 2 to initiate appropriate legal proceedings in accordance with law as against the respondents 3, 4 & 5 for their act of in human, illegal and high handed activities and further forbearing the respondents 3, 4 & 5 from harassing the petitioner for their illegal enrichment forthwith.

ORDER
When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that on the last occasion, the instructing police official identified the petitioner and that the writ petitioner had told him that he is no longer interested in pursuing the matter. The learned Additional Government Pleader had advised the said person to give appropriate instruction to his counsel. When the matter was taken up for hearing, the petitioner's counsel submitted that he is not having instructions in the matter.

2. Granting liberty to the petitioner to file a fresh writ petition if he is still having subsisting grievance, the writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
