ORDER

This contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner to to punish the contemnor/respondent No.3 for his wilful disobedience of the order passed by this Court in WP.(MD)No.11996 of 2023 dated 25.04.2025.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the contemnor/respondent submits that this Court by its order dated 25.04.2025 directed the respondent to consider the representation of the petitioner and they have considered and an order has also been passed rejecting the request of the petitioner/Sangam. 3.Recording the above submission, this contempt petition is closed with a direction to the contemnor/respondent to furnish a copy of the closure report to the petitioner/Sangam enabling them to workout their remedy in the manner known to law. 12.08.2025 gns 2/4
