ORDER

The Contempt Petition has been filed to initiate contempt proceedings against the respondents herein for providing false information before this Court in WP(MD) No.13123 of 2025, dated 30.04.2025 and punish them accordingly.

2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that, pursuant to the complaint lodged by the petitioner, the second respondent Police have registered a First Information Report and the investigation therein has also been completed.
