The petitioner with an allegation that the respondent police is harassing him under the guise of an enquiry has approached this Court. 2.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the official respondents submits that it is a case of job racketing and a case has also been registered in Cr.No.16 of 2023 as against one Malleswari and one Sankar. The petitioner herein is a victim in the said case and they are not harassing him.

3.Recording the above submission, this criminal original petition is closed.
