ORDER
The present writ petition has been filed by an Office Assistant employed in the respondent Corporation seeking a Mandamus to consider his representation, dated 31.01.2025.
2. A perusal of the records reveal that, the petitioner was appointed as an Office Assistant in the respondent Corporation on 15.07.1992 and he has addressed a representation to the respondent on 31.01.2025 seeking to fix his seniority from the date of his appointment and disburse the monetary benefits. Since the said representation has not been considered, the present writ petition has been filed.
3. Considering the above said facts, the respondent herein is directed to consider the representation of the petitioner, dated 31.01.2025 and pass orders, within a period of eight (8) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above directions, this writ petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
