Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records on the file of the respondent in TIN 33856184635/2013-14, dated 10.06.2015 and to quash the same as illegal, arbitrary and in violation of the principles of natural justice, and to direct the respondent to consider representation of the petitioners dated 16.05.2015 and pass orders and enable the petitioner to generate on-line and download the Form-F declaration, for the inter-state stock transfer effected from the head office at Trissur in Kerala State to the petitioner for the Month of February 2014.
