: Respondents PRAYER: Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for the issuance of a Writ of Habeas Corpus, calling for the entire records connected with the detention order of the 2nd respondent in P.D.O.No.55/2019 dated 04.09.2019 and quash the same as illegal and direct the respondents to produce the body and person of the petitioner's son/detenu by name Paneer Selvam, S/o.Rasu, aged about 27 years residing at Mangudi, Vilappatti Post, Illupur Taluk, Pudukkottai District, who was detained as "GOONDA" at Trichirappalli Central Prison, before this Court and set him at liberty.
