ORDER

This criminal original petition is filed to direct the 1st respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.306 of 2025 pending on the file of the 2nd respondent to the file of the 3rd respondent to proceed further on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 21.07.2025.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) submitted that investigation is completed and final report will be filed within a week.

3. In view of the submission made by the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side), this Court directs the 2nd respondent police to file a final report within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
