O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to provide an alternative employment to the petitioner other than the post of driver in the same scale of pay. 2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for TNSTC states that the grievances of the writ petitioner has already been redressed by the respondent Corporation. In this regard, a counter affidavit filed by the respondents states as follows:

"6.I humbly submit that the petitioner was transferred and posted at Periyakulam Branch in the Respondent Corporation with issuing of Office order informing that the petitioner is not fir for Driver duty with providing of Designation change as NonITI Helper instead of Driver in the same scale of pay. Thus, the Respondent Corporation is complied with the Hon'ble High Court direction."

3.In view of the fact that the grievances of the writ petitioner has been already redressed, no further adjudication is required in this Writ Petition.
