Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petitioner and also considering the submissions made by the Additional Public Prosecutor that only recently the lab report was received, I am inclined to extend the time granted by the earlier order, dated 11.03.2024, by another four months from the date of receipt of the copy of this order. It is made clear that no further extension of time will be granted.
