ORDER:- This Criminal Original Petition coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the earlier order dated of this court 01/11/2019 and requisition letter submitted by the Judicial Magistrate, Vadipatti, in D.No.121/2022 dated 01/02/2022 and this Court made the following order:

This petition has been listed today under the caption 'for extension of time' to dispose of the case in C.C.No.661 of 2017. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

2. This Court has already dismissed the Criminal Original Petition, by the order, dated 01.11.2019 and directed the Court below to dispose of the case in C.C.No.661 of 2017, within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of the order. Now, the Court below requests further time of three months to dispose of the said case.

3. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the letter dated 01.02.2022, this Court is inclined to grant further time and accordingly, three months time is granted from the date of receipt of a copy of this order for disposing the case in C.C.No.661 of 2017 and it is made clear that no further time will be granted by this Court, since the matter is of the year 2017.
