ORDER
The learned counsel for the petitioner informs the Court the petitioner is no more. He would state that the legal heirs want to come on record to prosecute the writ petition.
2. I am not inclined to grant such permission. Admittedly, the petitioner was in possession of the petition mentioned premises only in the capacity of a tenant. She herself was vacated. She would claim that she was illegally vacated. Be that as it may, she is no more. In my view, nothing survives for further consideration.
3. The Writ Petition is dismissed. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
