This petition has been filed to set aside the Judgement made in Crl.M.P.No.1184 of 2015 in C.C.No.9 of 2015 on the file of Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur, dated 01.03.2018.

2.Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that the trial has been over and the petitioner was acquitted by the Judicial Magistrate No.II, Karur. Hence, the petition has become infructuous.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision Case is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, the connected Criminal miscellaneous petition is also closed.
