ORDER

The present writ petition has been filed for a Mandamus, directing the 3rd respondent to grant building plan approval based upon the application presented by the petitioner on 21.03.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that due to some personal animosity, the then 3rd respondent had neither granted approval nor returned the application but kept it pending. Hence, this writ petition has been filed.

3. According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, a direction may be issued to the 3rd respondent herein to grant approval. In view of the above said facts, the 3rd respondent is directed to consider the building plan approval application submitted by the writ petitioner on 21.03.2015 and pass orders, if it is otherwise in order within a period of twelve (12) weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

4. With the above said observations, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
