ORDER

Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Government Pleader submitted that pursuant to the petitioner's application, survey had been conducted and found that there is some encroachment in the property. He further submits that with regard to the encroachment, it is for the petitioner to resolve the dispute before the competent Civil Court, only thereafter, the petitioner's claim for grant of patta will be considered.

2. Recording the said submissions, this contempt petition stands closed, with a liberty to the petitioner to approach competent Civil Court with regard to the encroachment.

3. With the above observations, this contempt petition is closed. No costs.
