ORDER : The Court made the following order :- The petitioners/accused, who apprehends arrest at the hands of the 1/3

respondent police for the offences punishable under Sections 6(4) of TNSC (RDCS) Order, 1982 r/w. 7(1)(a)(ii) of Essential Commodities Act, 1955 in Cr.No.120 of 2024, seek anticipatory bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the respondent Police.

3. Considering the fact that the huge quantity of PDS rice is involved and considering the fact that earlier itself, the anticipatory bail was dismissed and there are no change of circumstances except that the petition filed by the petitioners was dismissed, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioners on anticipatory bail.
