ORDER

This writ petition has been filed seeking mandamus to direct the respondent to take appropriate action on the basis of the petitioner's representation dated 29.07.2019 within the time frame fixed by this Court.

2. From a reading of the affidavit, it is not known as to where the property in question, in respect of which the representation has been made, is situated. That apart, the petitioner has not chosen to implead the proper party in this petition. Therefore, while disposing of this writ petition, the petitioner is directed to submit a fresh representation, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order, giving proper details of the property in question and the documents, based on which the petitioner claims right over the property. On receipt of such representation, the same shall be considered by the appropriate authority and order shall be passed thereon, within a period of three months therefrom.

3. With the above observation, this Writ Petition is disposed of. No costs.
