This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for speedy trial and to dispose the case within a time frame limit in C.C.No.262 of 2020 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.II, Nagercoil, Kanyakumari District in accordance with law.

2. As per the remarks offered by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil, the trial in C.C.No.262 of 2020 could not be proceeded, since the Criminal Original Petition No.4634 of 2022 is pending.

3. Considering the above, this Court directs the learned Judicial Magistrate No.2, Nagercoil to dispose the Criminal Original Petition No. 4634 of 2022 within a reasonable period of one month from today (i.e) 10.10.2022 and proceed the trial process in C.C.No.262 of 2020. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
