This petition is filed to direct the respondents to give police protection to Survey the petitioner's lands in S.Nos.57/2C1, 83/1C, 83/3C, 83/2, 83/4B, 83/1B and 83/3B of Palliagraharam Village, Manakarambai Panchayat, Tanjavur Taluk. 2.The petitioner sought police protection to Survey the petitioner's lands in S.Nos.57/2C1, 83/1C, 83/3C, 83/2, 83/4B, 83/1B and 83/3B of Palliagraharam Village, Manakarambai Panchayat, Tanjavur Taluk. Now, almost 5 years have been lapsed and hence, due to the lapse of period, the prayer sought for by the petitioner cannot be granted now.
