This petition is filed to direct the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram to dispose of the suit in O.S.No.14 of 2017 within a stipulated time fixed by this Court.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner.

Considering the limited scope of prayer sought for in the petition, this Civil Revision Petition is disposed of with a direction to the learned Subordinate Judge, Padmanabhapuram to dispose the above suit as expeditiously as possible preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
