Respondent in both W.Ps Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.13409 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent in its Advertisement No.APPT/03/2015, dated 15.07.2015 and quash the same in so far as it excludes three years of teaching experience at M.Ed level out of the total experience of 8 years to fill up the post of Associate Professor (Education) and consequently, direct the respondents to fill up the post of Associate Professor (Education) as per the UGC Regulations 2010.
Prayer in W.P.(MD)No.13410 of 2015: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, to call for the records of the respondent in its Advertisement No.APPT/03/2015, dated 15.07.2015 and quash the same in so far as it excludes five years of teaching experience at M.Ed level out of the total experience of 10 years to fill up the post of Professor (Education) and consequently, direct the respondents to fill up the post of Professor (Education) as per the UGC Regulations 2010.

W.P.(MD).Nos.13409 and 13410 of 2015 Court on W.P.(MD)No.13409 and 13410 of 2015, the post of Professor (Education), Associate Professor (Education) called for via advertisement No.APPT/03/2015, dated 15.07.2015 in dailies have not been filled-up so far. The above said posts are to be filled only after withdraw the above said advertisement (No.APPT/03/2015, dated 15.07.2015) and issuing fresh advertisement. The above fact may kindly be informed to the Hon'ble Madurai Bench of Madras High Court accordingly." 2.In view of the letter cited above, no further consideration is required as far as the relief sought for in these writ petitions. However, it is made clear that all further recruitments in the University are to be made strictly in accordance with the UGC Regulations as well as the minimum educational qualifications criteria as fixed by the UGC and by following the procedures contemplated.
3.With these observations, these writ petitions stand disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed.
