CRL OP(MD)No.16615 of 2022 2.The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner sold out land to the defacto complainant and thereafter, created forged document in respect of very same property. Hence, the case. 3.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate(Crl.side) appearing for the respondent police.

4.It is seen that the petitioner after sold out the property, again created forged document for the very same property. Hence, custodial interrogation of the petitioner is very much necessary in this case and this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this criminal original petition is dismissed.
